A Double Layered tutu is ballerina style doubled up. This gives the tutu an extra poof volume.
Always size up if your child is on the taller end of her age category.
All our tutus are beautifully handmade with soft premium tulle and hand tied on elastic bands that are 3/4 to 1 inch in width.
